One of the things I struggle with is putting together cute workout outfits. I normally workout at home in mismatched pieces. However, I want to start taking an in-person class and I feel a little self-conscious going out in public wearing a clashing rainbow. For that, I am turning to Yoga Club.

About Yoga Club
Yoga is one of the most popular forms of exercise and meditation. Yoga Club offers exclusive outfits featuring some trendy and cohesive looks that are wearable both in and out of the yoga studio.
Their monthly subscription makes the whole shopping process easier than a downward dog.
Here is how you can become a part of the Yoga Club community:
- Sign up: Visit the official site of Yoga Club and hover over the sign in option
- Take the style quiz: Once you have signed up on this platform, the Yoga Club will ask you to take a style quiz; this will help determine your size and style preferences based on your answers
- Picking the items: Yoga Club has recruited a team of professional stylists to curate the best collection of fashion sports gear to suit your needs
- Payment: Yoga Club is all about providing you with the best value for your hard-earned money. This platform offers up to 60% savings on retail items–which is undoubtedly part of the growing attraction for this company.
The style quiz was pretty good and at the end I got to choose from a variety of looks they selected for me. I liked most of them. Whichever you select will be your first box, so you know you’re going to like what you get.
Pricing
Yoga Club offers two different pricing options:
- Subscription = $79 per month, with the option to change the frequency of shipments
- One-time Buy = $89 so you can get the same outfit without commitment
One of the biggest reasons why people love this platform is that you can get a whole workout ensemble for the price of leggings at the athletic stores in the mall. Most outfits are saving 50% or move over the retail price of each item.
What Comes in a Box
The platform is focused solely on women’s sportswear. The three main components of every package are:
- A premium sports bra
- Matching or contrasting yoga pants
- A high-quality athletic top
Yoga Club has collaborated with big fitness brands such as Onezie, Manduka, Free People, Teeki, and many more.
Pros & Cons of Yoga Club
What I Love
- In-depth style quiz to ensure that you get only clothing items which fit your style
- Package includes a complete workout outfit (sports bra, yoga pants, and top)
- Strong lineup of well-known brands
- Online store for one-time orders or buying more of your favorite products
The Less Desirable
- Refund and exchange policies are a bit vague
- No option to cancel at anytime
- It can be difficult to know the support provided by each sports bra without doing a little more digging on their website.
- Orders may not ship in a timely manner (may take over 2 weeks)
- Customer service was unable to provide a reason for delays or estimated timeline for shipping. Responses were slow once I asked for a refund.
Verdict
I haven’t gotten a subscription box from them, but I purchased from the sale section of their website to try to evaluate the quality. Eleven days after ordering, my order still hadn’t shipped. When I reached out to customer service, I got a vague response about how they were working as fast as they can to get orders out.
This is a little disheartening. We have all gotten used to Amazon Prime speeds, but most of the services I order from can get an order out within a week. After 19 days I still hadn’t heard anything from the company. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. When I didn’t get a response, I reached out to my credit card company. Once they got involved Yoga Club issued my refund and canceled the order.
While I like the idea of Yoga Club and they put together some really cute outfits, I’m not a huge fan of waiting indefinitely for my orders. Their customer service also wasn’t great.
I wouldn’t risk getting a subscription box from them based on this experience.
Alternatives
Waiting not your thing? Check out these other choices:
- Fabletics: A similar subscription that sends yoga pants and a sports bra to you every month. It costs a little less and you might actually receive your order
- StitchFix: They have an activewear section of their subscription service now, too. Pricing varies based on what you choose to keep, but you can work with your stylist to stay within a budget.
Not in to Commitment?
In this case, I’m not a huge fan of commitment either.
Thredup could be your new best friend. Yes, they sell gently used clothes, but it’s better for the environment and their customer service is much better. If you shopped smart, you could get a whole new workout wardrobe for $100 or less.
Here are some cute alternatives on Amazon:
- Running Girl High Impact Racerback Sports Bra – Comes in a variety of colors
- Running Girl Medium-High Strappy Sports Bra – Versatile and cute!
- HeyNuts Full length Yoga Legging – Lots of solid colors to choose from
- The Gym People High Waist Yoga Pants – They have pockets!
- Ictive Cross Backless Workout Top – Not too revealing and this looks like something Yoga Club would offer in their boxes.
- Emmalise Women’s Short Sleeve T-Shirt – Super basic t-shirts that can mix and match with leggings.
Budget tip: Opt for High Impact sports bras when possible. You can wear high impact to yoga, but you can’t wear light yoga bras for anything else. I hate rummaging in my drawer and trying to remember which bra goes with which activity.
